Jig Doll (Buskers) Foot Pedal
Fully Adjustable Jig Doll Foot Pedal for foot tapping buskers, performers, street musicians and anyone else that plays an instrument or would like to learn how, or anyone who wants their feet to do the work!
Always wanted a Jig Doll, but you didn't know how to combine it with playing your instrument? No worries, our latest innovation is here to help you multitask and take advantage of something you do anyway: foot tapping!
We have studied every available foot pedal we could find. Explored function, form, adjustability, packability and moveability (are those words? They are now!) and finally created the ultimate Foot Pedal for Jig Dolls, taking bits of the best of everything and adding some of our own ideas, tweaks, innovations and improvements.
We have two versions. In both versions, painted and unpainted, the structure comes apart so that it can be packed away tidily and best of all: flat! It takes up very little room! You can even fit it in a backpack for when you are on the road. It is easy to put together and take apart, and the components fit neatly and easily.
This Foot Pedal is suited to the 6 & 8 milimeter sticks we provide with our Jig Dolls. Other sizes are available on request! It is adjustable to the heights of all available Jig Dolls, except our dogs. The Foot Pedal is sprung so that all you need to do is move the pedal down, which in turn pushes up the board. The pedal then comes up by itself, so you can simply tap tap away without a care in the world.

Flat: Length 58cm, Width 15cm, Height 7cm

A Jig Doll is a very old traditional percussion instrument that creates sound by dancing to the beat or rhythm of the music and provides entertainment with its cheerful appearance and movements.
It is an instrument suitable for everyone, regardless of level of musical ability. All you need is to be able to tap to beat or rhythm!
(The uninteresting boring bit: we do not have any influence over customs proceedings and how long they take to get your fabulous doll to where you are. We have also found no rhyme or reason to it. This is why all of our items are sent with Track & Trace code, both within and outside The Netherlands, so that you, and us, can keep an eye on proceedings. In our experience packages in the EU and outside The Netherlands take about a week, and to the USA about 2 weeks.)
